Shipping Policy

 

This Shipping Terms applies to the online store operated by Havenestilo (hereinafter referred to as “we”). It explains the delivery scope, processing times, carriers, tracking, and responsibilities to ensure a clear and reliable shipping experience.

Delivery Scope

We currently deliver to all locations within Australia. Delivery to locations outside Australia is not supported at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over AUD 160 are eligible for free shipping.

  • Orders up to and including AUD 160 incur a flat shipping fee of AUD 16.99.

Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on non-working days will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

Processing time for all orders is typically 1–3 business days from the day the order is accepted for processing.

Estimated Shipping Time

After processing, the estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days depending on destination and logistics conditions.

Carrier

We use UPS as our main shipping carrier to ensure reliable and trackable deliveries.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping carrier.

You can track your order on our website’s “Order Tracking” page by entering your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number.

Responsibility Statement

  • Product Damage or Loss: We are responsible for items damaged or lost during shipment only if returned through the carrier following proper guidelines.

  • Shipping Changes or Cancellation: Any requested changes or cancellations to shipments must be communicated promptly. Orders already in transit cannot be altered without carrier approval.

  • Delivery Address Accuracy: Ensure that the delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delivery Acceptance

Upon receiving the order, inspect the package carefully before signing. Report any visible damage immediately to the carrier and contact us for assistance.
