Havenestilo Shopping Guide applies to our online store (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and is designed to help customers understand the complete shopping process from browsing products to receiving and managing orders.

Browsing and Selecting Products

  1. Visit our online store and browse categories of outdoor home furniture and accessories.

  2. Select desired items and review product details.

  3. Choose quantity and add items to your shopping cart.

  4. Review the shopping cart and proceed to checkout when ready.

Checkout and Payment Process

  1. Proceed to the checkout page and enter your billing and shipping information accurately.

  2. Choose your payment method. We accept credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and other commonly used cards.

  3. Enter your card details in our secure payment interface.

  4. Review your order and confirm payment.

  5. Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and delivery information.

Shipping Information

Delivery Scope: We deliver to all locations within Australia. Delivery to other countries is not supported.

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders over AUD 160: free shipping

  • Orders up to and including AUD 160: AUD 16.99 flat shipping fee

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on non-working days are processed the next business day.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days from order acceptance.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–15 business days after processing.

Carrier: UPS

Order Tracking: After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order number, payment details, and shipping carrier. You can track your order on our website by entering your email address or phone number along with the order number.

Delivery Acceptance: Inspect packages carefully upon receipt. Report any visible damage to the carrier and contact us for assistance.

Return and Exchange Process

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items with:

  • Appearance issues

  • Quality defects

  • Unusual odor or major color differences

  • Incorrect items

  • Returns without a specific reason are also accepted within the 30-day period

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us via email or phone and provide your order number, payment confirmation, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide the return address and instructions once approved.

  3. Package and return the item securely. Using trackable shipping is recommended.

  4. We will inspect the returned item upon receipt. If approved, a refund will be processed.

Exchange Procedure:

  1. Contact us with order number, payment confirmation, reason for exchange, and supporting photos or videos.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and address.

  3. Return the item securely.

  4. After inspection, replacement items will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment card (Visa, MasterCard) within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur depending on card issuer.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • If the return is due to product issues (appearance, quality, odor, color difference, or incorrect item), return shipping is covered by us.

  • Returns without a specific reason require the customer to cover shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours if they have not yet been processed for shipping.

  • If more than 48 hours have passed or the order has been shipped, wait for delivery and request a return.

  • To cancel, contact us with your order number and payment confirmation.

  • Our team will confirm whether the order can be canceled and provide instructions for refund or return if necessary.
